Dropout.LA is an online store operated by Mystery Inc. (“Dropout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply when you use the website or place an order through its checkout. Please read them before purchasing.
Products and orders
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look different on different screens, and products may have minor variations associated with their production. Product availability may change.
When you submit an order, you offer to buy the items in your cart. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or a listing contains a material error. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout before you submit your order. Orders placed on Dropout.LA are paid for through Squarespace Payments using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Production and shipping
Many Dropout products are made or fulfilled to order by partners including Printful and Tapstitch. Production and shipping times may therefore vary by product, destination, and order. The shipping methods, charges, and estimated timing applicable to your purchase are described at checkout or in the Shipping Policy.
We will handle shipment delays in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot ship within the time promised—or within the period required by law where no time was promised—we will notify you and provide the applicable delay or refund options.

Returns, problems, and refunds
RETURNS AND ORDER PROBLEMS
Most Dropout products are made to order. If something isn’t right, email [customer-service email] with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos where relevant. Please don’t send an item back before we provide instructions.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED
Contact us when the estimated delivery date has passed. We’ll check the tracking and investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
WRONG SIZE, WRONG COLOR, OR CHANGE OF MIND
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We’ll try to help if production has not started. Once an item is in production, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
ZAZZLE PURCHASES
Ping pong paddles purchased on Zazzle are ordered and paid for on Zazzle. Zazzle handles returns and customer service for those purchases under its own returns policy.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
Products purchased on Zazzle
Some items displayed on Dropout.LA, including ping pong paddles, have a “Buy on Zazzle” link. Those purchases are completed on Zazzle, rather than through the Dropout.LA checkout. Zazzle handles the order, payment, shipping, returns, and customer service for purchases made on its website under its own terms and policies. Check those terms before placing a Zazzle order.
Website content and trademark
The text, images, graphics, designs, and other content on Dropout.LA are owned by Mystery Inc. or used with permission. You may browse the site and use it for personal shopping, but may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without authorization.
DROPOUT™ is a trademark claimed by Jonathan Einzig of Mystery Inc. trading as Dropout LA. Dropout.LA is our website address. A link to another website does not transfer ownership of that website or its content to Mystery Inc.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Website availability and liability
We work to keep the website available and its information accurate, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mystery Inc. is not liable for losses resulting solely from a website interruption or error beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order, subject to applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
